Refund policy

Request a Return or Cancellation

Open your customer account to request a return or cancellation. Sign in using the email address used at checkout, select your order and choose the available return or cancellation option. You can also email admin@herculessports.ca. Submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing admin@herculessports.ca. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and your reason for returning it. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please send the item within 14 days after receiving those instructions.

Return Condition

Return the item in the same condition in which you received it, with any original tags, packaging, certificates and included accessories. New items must remain unworn and unwashed, apart from reasonable inspection or trying on. Used, match-worn and collectible items are eligible when returned without additional wear, washing, alteration or damage. Badges and patches must not have been applied. These conditions do not restrict your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Return Shipping and Fees

For a change of mind or fit-related return, the buyer pays return postage and a 1% restocking fee applies to the returned item's purchase price, except for EU and UK orders or where prohibited by law. Original outbound shipping is not refunded for a voluntary change-of-mind return unless required by law. We do not deduct an outbound shipping charge that was not originally paid.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where available. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover necessary return postage. No restocking fee applies in those cases.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will confirm the refund or explain any issue by email. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receipt, or sooner when required by law. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. Applicable taxes on refunded amounts are also refunded. Contact us if your refund has not appeared after your provider's processing period.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel or change an order. If it has not been dispatched, we will try to accommodate your request and refund a cancelled order. Once dispatched, use the return process. Exchanges depend on stock availability; many pieces are one-off items.

UK and EU Consumer Cancellation Rights

For EU and UK orders, our 30-day return window begins when the last item in your order is delivered and extends to the next business day if the final day is a weekend or public holiday. No restocking fee applies. You can request cancellation until the item is fulfilled; after fulfillment, use the return request process. These store rules do not restrict the statutory rights below.

Where UK or EU distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you may notify us that you are cancelling within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, and send the goods back within the following 14 days. We refund eligible payments, including the standard outbound delivery cost; any extra amount for premium delivery need not be refunded. You pay return postage for a change of mind. No restocking fee applies to a statutory cancellation. Refunds are issued within the applicable legal deadline; we may withhold a refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return, whichever is earlier, where the law permits. Any deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods is limited to what the law allows.

Your Rights and Item Details

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for non-delivery, faulty goods or incorrect descriptions. Product photos, condition notes and measurements help you choose your item but do not remove those rights. Review the ruler measurements in the product photos before ordering.
