Tracked shipping

Shipping is separate from item prices unless your order qualifies for free shipping. Available destinations, shipping options and the final charge are shown at checkout.
Badges and Patches
Tracked shipping rates apply to badges and patches. Untracked mail is not currently available at checkout.
Handling and delivery
Please allow up to 5 business days for handling before your order is dispatched. The transit times above begin after dispatch and do not include handling time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
* Tracked shipping may experience delays if the postal service or courier has operational issues or service disruptions. All delivery times are estimates. Customs processing may also affect arrival.
Orders with multiple items
The free tracked shipping thresholds above also apply to orders combining jerseys, badges and other items. Check your available shipping options at checkout.
Sales taxes
Any applicable sales taxes collected by Hercules Sports are calculated based on your delivery address and shown separately at checkout before you pay. Canadian GST/HST applies where required. Goods we ship from Canada to an address outside Canada generally qualify for 0% Canadian GST/HST under the applicable export rules; destination-country taxes are separate.
International duties and import charges
Hercules Sports covers destination import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees for international orders. These import costs are included in our item prices and are separate from sales taxes shown at checkout.
If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay an import charge, contact us with your order number and the charge notice. If you have already paid it, send us the receipt and we will reimburse the import charge.
Shipping charges, any sales taxes collected by our store and the final order total are shown at checkout before you pay.
Contact and Delivery Issues
Questions about delivery, an incorrect address, a delayed parcel or a missing order? Email admin@herculessports.ca with your order number so we can help. A carrier delay does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
