About These Terms

These terms apply to purchases and use of herculessports.ca, operated as Hercules Sports in Ontario, Canada. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Contact us at admin@herculessports.ca. Our business mailing address is 17 Silverdale Rd, Markham, Ontario L6B 0N7, Canada.

Products and Condition

We sell football jerseys, training wear, signed memorabilia, badges, patches and other items described in our listings. Each listing's description, photographs, size, condition and included items form part of the product information. Check these details before ordering and contact us if anything is unclear or inconsistent.

NEW and USED describe item condition. PLAYER ISSUE, MATCH ISSUED, MATCH WORN and SIGNED describe different product attributes and are not interchangeable. A player-issue design alone does not establish that an item was issued to or worn by a player. Any signing details, match provenance or included certificate are stated in the individual listing. A certificate or third-party authentication is included only when expressly listed.

Brand, club and player names identify the items offered. Their use does not imply that Hercules Sports is affiliated with or endorsed by those organizations or individuals.

Prices, Payment and Orders

The currency is shown on the storefront and at checkout. Shipping charges, applicable sales taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. Prices and availability may change for future orders. You must provide accurate order, delivery and contact information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

If we discover an availability problem or a material listing or pricing error after you order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected item. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed charge without your consent.

Shipping, Duties and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains handling times, estimated transit times, rates and import-charge coverage. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us about a delayed or missing order so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms limits your rights if an order is not delivered.
