Protection for the journey
Jerseys are packed in clear protective polyester bags, with silica-gel packets to help manage moisture during transit. We use outer packaging suited to the order, and packaging can vary with the items being shipped.
From dispatch to your door
Once your order is dispatched, use the tracking information provided if you selected a tracked service. Badge-only untracked services do not include tracking.
When your parcel arrives, carefully unpack the contents and compare them with your order and listing. Keep any tags, certificates and accessories supplied with the item.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect or different from its description, photograph the item and packaging and contact us with your order number so we can help.
